1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the HM777 website, creating an account or using any part of the platform — including the casino, live casino, sports betting, bingo sections or the HM777 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the HM777 platform regardless of how they access it: desktop browser, mobile browser or the official Android APK. 2Eligibility

HM777 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on HM777. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the sign-up process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. HM777 staff will never ask for your password.
• Account Security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact HM777 support immediately via live chat.
• Verification: HM777 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is required before funds can be released in certain circumstances.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. Communications sent to the details on file are considered delivered regardless of whether you actually receive them.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on HM777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown at the point of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your HM777 balance within a few minutes of a successful transfer. Raast and Bank Transfer timings depend on your bank or wallet provider. HM777 does not charge a fee for deposits from its side, though your own payment provider may apply charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the HM777 team during normal operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method but HM777 aims to process requests promptly. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account — this is a standard security and anti-money-laundering requirement.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed the identity verification process.
• HM777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or wallet provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, HM777 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full.

5Bonuses & Promotions

HM777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

6Sports Betting Rules

The HM777 sports section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from the platform. If a confirmation is not received, the bet has not been accepted.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, HM777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and current odds. Once a bet is accepted in-play, it stands regardless of subsequent events unless covered by a specific void rule.

• Integrity: Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information or irregular betting patterns may result in bet voidance, account investigation and reporting to relevant sporting bodies.

7Casino & Live Games

HM777's casino section includes slots, crash games, classic table games and a full live casino with real-time dealers for Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti and more. All casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently tested.

• Game Outcomes: All slot and RNG-based table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. HM777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

10Account Suspension & Closure

HM777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, suspicious betting patterns or behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other users.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, any funds held in your balance will be retained during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in your favour and no breach is found, your balance will be returned and your account reinstated or closed at your request. If a breach is confirmed, HM777 reserves the right to forfeit balances in accordance with the nature of the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the HM777 support team. Before closure, any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be considered — real-money funds remaining after bonus funds are forfeited will be returned to your payment method.

11Privacy & Data

HM777 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected during account registration and verification is used for identity confirmation, fraud prevention, payment processing and communication purposes. HM777 uses industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

12Limitation of Liability

HM777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent uptime and accurate game results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

• HM777 is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, game malfunctions or delays outside our reasonable control.

13Changes to Terms

For material changes, HM777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the HM777 platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
